Beginning January 7th 2008, Disney-MGM Studios will be renamed Disney's Hollywood Studios™, the Disney Park that celebrates the best Hollywood has to offer in music, television, movies and theater. Take center stage as the star of your own adventure: from rock 'n' roll fantasy to Broadway-style stage spectaculars, from the silver screen to the TV screen to behind the scenes — only at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Take a fascinating journey through the history of Hollywood and the movies with a visit to Disney's Hollywood Studios. Relive moments from many of your favorite movies and television shows and experience thrilling rides like The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™ and Rock'n' Roller Coaster® Starring Aerosmith. For those who love live shows and attractions, there's the spectacular Indiana Jones™ Epic Stunt Spectacular and Beauty and the Beast ? Live on Stage provides a special musical adventure while The Great Movie Ride highlights a myriad of all time favorite films.

New Attraction: Lights Motors Action! - High-octane energy explodes on one of the largest stages at Walt Disney World Resort as the Disneyland Resort Paris-inspired "Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show" blazes into Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Featuring high-flying, gravity-defying automobile, motorcycle and high-speed watercraft stunts, the turbo-powered stage show will immerse park guests in the thrill-a-minute world of big-budget movie stunts.

Nighttime Entertainment

Fantasmic Experience the fun, fancy and fears of everybody's favorite heroic mouse as he battles the forces that turn his vibrant dreams into a vivid nightmare. Mickey faces off against Disney villains in a lavish spectacular of dancing water, dramatic music, breathtaking animation, lasers, fireworks and surprises. The show takes you inside the dreams of Mickey Mouse when Disney villains intrude on Mickey's fantasy and turn his dreams into nightmares.  Mickey uses the power of good to triumph over the evil-doers. The enchanting performance is synchronized to the melodies of favorite Disney classics such as "Pocahontas," "Fantasia," and "The Lion King." In the grand finale, 26 Disney characters cruise across the moat aboard a replica of the "Steamboat Willie" boat.

Viewing Location:
The Hollywood Hills Amphitheater located off Sunset Boulevard across from Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith. The theater is reminiscent of the Hollywood Bowl.

The Amphitheater opens 90 minutes before show time for seating and food is allowed inside. Due to the popularity of this show, Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 1 hour prior to showtime to obtain seats.
